GEORGE, Utah-Saturday, Dixie State football hosts Western State for Family Day as the Trailblazers return to Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play after a 35-14 loss to nationally ranked Grand Valley State in non-league play.As part of Family Day, the Trailblazers will extend free admission to all Washington County school teachers, students and alumni who present a school ID or proof of employment will receive free admission to the game.All other general admission tickets are buy one, get one free.Saturday’s game is the third all-time meeting between the Trailblazers and Mountaineers as Dixie State leads the all-time series 2-0.The Mountaineers come into this game at 0-6 and 0-5 in RMAC play.Trailblazers tailback Sei-J Lauago is currently the second all-time rusher in program history and with 1,437 career rushing yards, he needs only 285 more rushing yards to surpass DeJon Coleman as the all-time leading rusher in Trailblazers history.The Mountaineers are led by sophomore signal-caller Dylan Jacob who has completed 63 of 123 passes (66.1 percent) on the season for six touchdowns and five interceptions.Jacob’s best receivers are Christian Lancellotti (18 rec, 155 yards, 2 TD’s), Zach Manchester (18 rec, 205 yards, TD) and Elijah Gillespie (12 rec, 125 yards, 3 TD’s).The Mountaineers’ running game is bolstered by Isaac Fuqua (104 car, 600 yards, 7 TD’s).The defense has been horrendous as they surrender 41 points and 469.7 yards per game.The bright spots defensively for the Mountaineers are linebacker Luke Farris with 52 tackles and defensive lineman Mark Zavala who has a team-best 4 sacks.Western State kicker Chandler Davis has made 14 of 17 PAT’s  (82.3 percent) on the season and is 3 of 6 (50 percent) on his field goal attempts.
