Significant amounts of rain have already been dumped on the city, and will continue throughout the day.Ohio State and Rutgers are set for a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff, though that may be in jeopardy with the serious weather in the area. Columbus police have already issued a warning to those driving to the game today.The police department suggested drivers slow down on the freeways, sighting flooding. Rain is in the forecast for the duration of Saturday and could affect the Cleveland Browns game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.Kickoff is still scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET and the game will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network. Ohio State outscored Rutgers 114-0 over their last two contests.
